A spacious double room with loads of natural light. Comes with a double bed, dresser, wardrobe and desk.

8-minute walk to buses 55/56 to Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) and into Oxford Street/Hackney Central

A 5-minute walk to a fab off-licence and a cute coffee shop (perfect for weekend caffeine runs ☕)
Super close to Walthamstow Marshes and Millfields Park for walks in nature 🌳

We’re two 29-year-old females, both working in mental health with the NHS. We enjoy hiking, doing crafts, watching movies on weekends, and finding the best new coffee spots! We’re not a party house, but we love having friends over for dinner or drinks. A chill vibe, always up for a laugh! 😊
💰 Rent & Move-In Details:
Rent is £820/month excluding bills (around £120 for bills).
Flexible move-in date, anytime between 1st March and 17th March.
