Room in artsy flat in Lea Bridge

Looking for a lodger / housemate for my 2-bed flat in the historic Warner development.

I work in music and have a very social job that requires travel and my routine isn't fixed. Sometimes I work from home and sometimes in the office in East London. I’m looking for a short or long-term lodger to stay in my spare room which overlooks the garden. It has beautiful natural daylight and currently has a very comfy sofa bed and bureau desk for writing (I can also look into getting a double bed if suits - but the room is quite small). The living room is lovely and big and there is storage available. I have quite eclectic style with odes to music and art throughout.

I’m looking for a female who works in the creative industries and understands the nuances of this type of work.

I’m located in Lea Bridge close to the station with easy access to Stratford and Tottenham Hale. Being close to Walthamstow and Hackney Marshes is a game changer and walking there is lovely.

I have lived in this flat for a year and I'm looking for someone to share the space with who respects the environment.

The kitchen is small but perfectly formed and there is a bathroom with bath and shower.

I sometimes have dinner parties / friends over and open to co-hosting dinners.

I'm born and raised in South East London, but have lived in East for 7 years.

The room is currently being painted with curtains put up, but will share pictures of room next month.
