My name is Andrej (50).
I'm a gay man from Lithuania, 25 years living in London. At the moment I'm doing my last year at uni studying criminology and psychology and looking for a new job. I'm reserved, tidy and quiet and looking for someone similar.

Two double rooms (800 and 900 + some bills) are available to rent in the 1st floor 3 bedroom flat to share with one more person.
It's located in E10 between Walthamstow Central (15 min walk) and Leyton Midland overground station (10 min walk).

Both rooms are medium size (one is a bit bigger) with the windows facing garden - sun is only n the morning.
Furniture wise the bigger room has a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress, small bedside table, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.
The small room has a bed and a wardrobe.
Both rooms have enough space to fit a small desk for your PC, TV or WFH.
Plenty of storage space for the things like boxes and suitcases is available in in the attic.

There's no typical living room with sofa and TV, etc.
Instead there's a quite big kitchen /reception with a dining table and enough space for cooking and socialising.

You would benefit from your own fridge, fairly good connection to Central London, a big Tesco store around the corner which is opened till midnight, some parks around, and sharing only with one person, who never brings party home.
