Your London adventure starts here! We're Josh and Jamie, a gay couple from Melbourne.

Our spare room is a peaceful, sun-filled space getting great morning light through its big windows. It comes semi-furnished with drawers and an armchair, giving you the perfect start to make it your own. You'll have plenty of space for a double bed, desk, and wardrobe.

Our home is a cosy and well-appointed sanctuary. You'll have access to all the modern comforts, including central heating, a bath, washing machine and a cosy TV room with all the streaming services. There's also a peaceful courtyard out back and secure bike parking.

We live on a quiet, safe street that's a perfect mix of young professionals and families who want the best of both worlds, a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city. The location is a huge bonus - we're a 5-minute walk from the overground and just a 10-minute bus ride or cycle to Hackney Wick, Walthamstow, or Stratford. We're also on a cycle highway straight to central London.

For your daily needs, Aldi, Asda, B&Q and more are all within walking distance, and the area is packed with great coffee shops and brunch spots.

We're both relaxed and considerate people who value a clean and comfortable home. We live with our two small, house-trained dogs, Louis and Ollie, and we're looking for a professional with a good head on their shoulders. Someone drama-free and responsible who doesn't need a chore list. We love to share meals (Jamie is vegan!), have a few beers, and explore London. Bills (power, broadband, water, and council tax) are split equally.
