A large double room is available in our lovely 3 bedroom 1st floor flat, conveniently located on a quiet street just a 5 minute walk from Lea Bridge Station and 30 minute walk to Leyton underground station.
The large double room comes unfurnished but our flatmate who is moving out is looking to sell his furniture for a cheap price if that is of interest to you.
We have a kitchen/living area that is furnished with sofa, table and chairs plus electric oven, gas hobs, fridge freezer and washing machine.
Bathroom has toilet, sink, bath and shower with plenty of storage.
We have a garden that is shared with the flat below with our own individual staircase down straight into the garden which gets plenty of sunshine during the day times.
Central heating throughout the whole flat.

Lea Bridge Station is one stop from Stratford (central, jubilee, elizabeth, overground, dlr) and one stop from Tottenham Hale in the other direction (victoria). Really easy transport links in all directions to central london.
Aldi on the end of the road with lots of nice little independant cafes and coffee shops conveniently located.
