Double room for rent in beautiful apartment

Hi everyone
I'm renting a double room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment.
The room has large floor to ceiling windows, allowing lots of light in, fantastic views of East London and an independent bathroom.
Also, some extra storage space under the bed.
The building has it's own concierge service and a bicycle shed to lock your bicycle.

This is to share with myself and my little dog so the person in question needs to be an animal lover.
Unfortunately, she doesn't do well with other animals so we won't be able to accommodate other pets.

The apartment it's located 3 minutes from lea bridge station and 2 minutes walk from the bus stop .
There's an Aldi 5 minutes walk away and other convenience stores close by.
Also, Westfield Stratford is only one stop on the train.

I'm looking for another female, someone who I will get along with, hopefully make plans together and become friends.
I own the apartment and I want to keep it feeling like my home. So for me it's very important to have a good relationship with my housemate and we both feel comfortable.
I'm a quiet person at home and I would to keep it that way.
I'm a tattoo artist so I spend a fair amount of time working on my drawings from home and a quiet environment is needed for this.
This is not a party house and big gatherings won't be allowed.
Having a friend over for lunch or dinner on special occasions it's not a problem but not weekly.
Having your partner over a couple of nights per week it's not a problem but please keep in your own space and please keep in mind that this room is for single use.
Non-smokers please as smoking won't be allowed in any room of the house.
The rental agreement is long term with a 6 months probation period in case we don't get along.
The monthly rent it's £1000 including bills and WiFi
