1 large live/work room in creative Studios

One large bright live/work room in creative studios. This is an upstairs room with large windows, perfect for artist, makers etc. Sharing with one Cinematographer next door and a one to one dog groomer in the ground floor room.

There is a kitchen in the studio on the ground floor with hob, fridge, washing machine, microwave.

Toilets and showers are throughout the warehouse. These are cleaned every couple of days managed by the management company.

The larger warehouse has various other studios with designers, makers etc. There's bike storage, parking, bbq and communal seating area. It's a very friendly and collaborative community.

All bills included apart from splitting the electricity bill 3 ways as it comes in each month. Average around £50 in winter months.
