The place has two bedrooms, a shared kitchen and bathroom (no living room), and it’s a quiet, practical home, perfect if you like a relaxed atmosphere. The flat is located in the E107EA area, with Victoria Park about a 15-minute walk away, the Central Line around 15 minutes by bus, and plenty of local markets, supermarkets, cafés and shops nearby, plus good bus connections into central London.
