Beautiful 4-bed house in Leyton — 1 room available

I have just put a holding deposit down on a beautiful 4 bed house, to move in around 20 June and am looking for a flatmate to share with. (Photos are a random mix of estate agents and photos I took when I viewed)

The house is set out over 3 floors, with two main bedrooms plus a spare for guests and then the box room could be a shared office exercise space. Downstairs there is an open plan lounge diner; great kitchen conservatory and big garden. The house is unfurnished but the current tenants can leave sofas and things so we’re not starting from scratch.

It’s in a lovely spot near blondies cafe and brewery just off Lea Bridge road. Stones throw from Francis road / Leyton midland / st James street as well as Leyton and Walthamstow underground stations.

Im looking for someone to rent the top floor en suite room.

I work as a freelance producer when I’m off I tend to volunteer a couple of times a week at an organic farm. I’m interested in permaculture and am working on some side hustles around that.

I am pretty social always have something interesting popping up to go to talks, music, theatre, exhibitions. I also enjoy painting / sculpture would like to dedicate a bit of the space to making art.

I’d love to live with someone on a similar wavelength.
