Great room - private bathroom modern flat

A modern nicely designed two bedroom flat. Each bedroom with his own bathroom all bills included. Flat has a large balcony, open plan living area, train station just across the road directly outside very easy access to Stratford (6 min train) and Tottenham Hale (3 min train) for connectivity to various tube lines. Easy and quick access to Elizabeth, central, jubilee lines etc at Stratford and Victoria line at Tottenham. Close proximity to Hackney marshes and Walthamstow Wetlands. Not far from Hackney Wick and areas like Dalston and Stoke Newington by bike. Bus stop outside for the 55 and 56 bus which go directly to Dalston and various other places like Angel/ central. Bedroom comes with a full private bath. I’m a planning an environmental lawyer and live in Landlord. I am clean and tidy and looking for the same. I travel a lot for pleasure and sometimes work so sometimes the Flat will be all yours. We each have our own bathroom. I have always got on well with people that I’ve lived with and have a preference for somebody that I can get on with and occasionally share a drink or coffee with and have a chat about our days but this is not an expectation. I respect my flatmates privacy and also looking for that in a Flatmate too. My current Flatmate has lived with me for 3 1/2 years and is moving out because they’re buying their own place in the block next door. He is moving out in the next couple of weeks. I have put the ad as from mid July as I would like to give the room a fresh lick of paint and upgrade the bed for whoever moves in. The move in date I’m flexible about it’s more about the right fit :)
