My beautiful 1st floor flat with garden access is available from 1 August. It comes fully equipped/furnished and offers calm and tranquility.

I am an artist, writer and academic researcher who travels a lot; home roughly 45-60 days per year, hoping to share this precious 2-bed flat with a professional working in similar fields ( research, arts, creative industries, publishing ), or perhaps an international PhD researcher just starting at a London university.

The neighbourhood and the space are quiet. It is suited to someone who may be transitioning from shared to solo living (mostly solo, in this case), who is looking for a calm space; someone who enjoys taking care of house plants and who appreciates and reciprocates the care that goes into maintaining a home such as this. It’s a vegetarian household, and we’d be making a lodger’s agreement.

As for me, I care about politics, collaboration, kindness and good communication. I discovered I am a decent baker of sourdough bread long after everyone else made that same discovery about themselves. A clean house is important to me.
