The room is located on the first floor and is furnished with a cozy bed (with ottoman storage underneath), a bedside table and a good sized built in wardrobe (so space for all your clothes) and there's even still space for you to put more storage in the room or your own desk. Your room comes with a physical CAT5e network/LAN cable, so you can wire directly into the internet - or you can use the wireless.

House:

The house has amazingly big rooms and an amazing living space comprised of a spacious well equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar and comfy sofa and TV.

The Area:

The house is a slightly longer walk of 13 minutes to Leytonstone Underground, however this is made up for by the awesomeness of the house. Leytonstone high road is within walking distance with it's shops and cute coffee shops. Plus you have a corner shop 2 minutes walk from the house and a big Tesco's also within walking distance.

We are Kingdom Houses and we are a professional landlord company that endeavors to take good care of the property by having a team available to answer questions, fix things if they break, look after the gardens and make sure the communal spaces stay clean and tidy. We make sure to also to follow the governments guidelines and wear masks when we attend the property and always inform people beforehand. We are looking for good quality tenants who are looking for somewhere nice to call home.

Internet and working from home (WFH)

We have a WiFi/Internet signal commitment. If your room suffers from poor signal we will install additional access points (repeaters/routers) until you are able to achieve a good signal. If you are a software developer that needs a hard wired line we can run a Cat6 cable into your room (subject to a fee).

The Housemates:

The house has 5 single occupants in the other rooms and one couple so a total of 6 other housemates. Our housemates will be like you, polite, friendly professionals that are working or looking for new jobs in the best city of all.
