We crazy Italian family and we would like to have somebody friendly to join me, my husband and my brother in law. We are looking for a clean and professional person who likes bbq and lasagna and a nice environment to live. The rent 600£ plus 40£ council and 40£ on gas&electricity. The house is a 3 bed flat with huge terrace & leaving room, big kitchen, two good size storage, 1 bathroom with bath and toilet and a separate toilet with a sink and a separate shower.
Our house is 5 minutes walk from lee station zone3, 3 minutes from bus stop that can bring to Lewisham(12minutes) or Bromley(17 minute). Also you have coop next to bus stop, off license, Fullers pub, couple of good restaurants and a Spanish steakhouse. Also in the end of the main road (13minutes wall) there is a massive Sainsbury’s with Argos.
