I'm Shelley and im currently looking for a fab new house mate to share my lovely home with!
My flat is in Lee (you may not have heard of it, many haven't) but let me tell you a little more.... it is on the south eastern 12 mins to London bridge, one stop after Hither Green and just a 15min bus to Blackheath, which I love... so go if you havent!!
The flat is max 10 mins from the station (if you walk slow like me)
It is £ 700 a month all bills inc, with wifi, Netflix, Amazon Prime.
The flat has recently all been refurbished and your room has a brand new carpet, a new mattress and two double wardrobes with all the storage you could need! Basically everything is new! And it overlooks our huge shared garden which nobody uses so we need to arrange bbqs in the summer.
You will be sharing the flat with just myself.... i am just looking for someone who would enjoy the space and make it their own!
I will be starting viewings next week and its ready to move in from Jan 1st.
