Flat Mate Needed For A Large Flat

A furnished nice sized double room is available to rent.
The room comes with the bed, mattress, chest of drawers,
and a wardrobe.

The whole house is carpeted, so no shoes on in the communal spaces please :)I’m super easy going, generally not in the house due to my 9-5, and enjoy cooking and entertaining (sometimes!).

£650 a month with all bills included.

The flat includes a washing machine, WiFi and storage space.

The bathroom and kitchen will be shared, and will be cleaned weekly by an external cleaner.

I am a non smoker, I don’t mind smoking but it will need to be outside of the property.

The closest stations to the property is Lee station and grove park station (both zone 3) which is 15 mins to London Bridge and 25 mins to London Charing Cross from both stations.

Contract term will initially be 6months.

Shorter lets are considered.
