Room To Rent In A Quiet Household

I have an unfurnished double ( about 3.1m x 3.1m) room to rent ideally on a short term basis in the SE12 area of London. The room is in a quiet house, in a quiet street with access to a back garden and use of a studio space in the garden. If you have a car then this can be parked on the street . At the moment there is no living room . The house has one bathroom and kitchen and 2 quiet male flatmates (one Russian speaking) therefore this is most suitable for someone who is quiet and not demanding i'e will not be bringing back boyfriends, girlfriends, pets , parents etc. etc. If you want easy access to an outdoor space then this is probably good for you.
There is good quality wifi in the house and a large radiator in the room which goes on 4x a day.
It is probably most suited for someone who needs a short term room.
