Double Room in Shared Flat

Hey everyone! Our wonderful flatmate is flying the nest next month and we are looking to find another great person to move in from August 22nd. Both of us work in London, both in west end and theatre production.

Rent is £660 per month including all bills and a bi-weekly cleaner. The deposit is £538.33. There are a set of stairs leading up into the flat with no ramp so wheelchair access is unavailable.

Our landlord is lovely. You will be added to the tenancy agreement also. Unfortunately there is a no pets and no shared rooms rule (partners living together)

Super easy going house and looking for someone who is clean tidy but also relaxed.
