The location: The house sits on a wide, quiet road just 9 minutes walk from Lee station, which has four trains an hour into London Bridge, Waterloo East, and Charing Cross. Lee has a variety of shops, cafes, and pubs, and the amenities of Blackheath, Lewisham, and Eltham are just short bus or train rides away. There is a quiet, relaxed feel to the area, even with central London so close.

The house: The house has been recently renovated throughout and offers six bedrooms (all double rooms with single occupancy, two of which are en-suites) and two full bathrooms, so a maximum of two rooms share the communal bathrooms. The kitchen has two ovens, two hobs, and two fridge-freezers, so you'll never feel pushed for space. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, kettle, and plenty of storage space. The living room has a dining table and chairs, sofa, and TV. There is high-speed internet throughout the property, and great connection ensured with extenders. There is a large garden to the rear of the house.

Many household supplies are provided by the landlord, such as toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets, rinse-aid, and salt, kitchen roll, bin bags, dish soap, and hand soap. The common areas of the house are cleaned each week, and the garden is attended to every 3-4 weeks in the warmer months of the year.

Room 2: The room is on the first floor at the front of the house. It is a cosy room furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath) and mattress, wardrobe, and bedside table. There is a bathroom on this floor with shower, toilet, sink, and mirror, shared with one other room, on the same floor. The room is suitable for single occupancy only, costs £750, and is available from 4th December.

All bills including council tax are included in the rent, so you don't have to worry about a thing.

We accept professional, tidy, respectful tenants.

We manage the property ourselves, so are available personally if any issues arise. We ask for a five week deposit which is registered in a government scheme. We ensure all our properties are safe, secure, and well-maintained at all times, and any issues are dealt with promptly.
