Hi!

This is a lovely flat at a bargain price ten minutes walk from lee station and 8 minute cycle from hither green. With a coop down near Lee and plenty of local shops and other things close by.
It's a three bedroom flat over the first and second floors of a large semi detached house. The room available will be on the second floor.
A nice wood floored bathroom with a bath and washing machine is on the first floor along with a smaller kitchen and a lovely living room.
The rent is paid for the flat in total to the landlord and we sort out the bills amongst ourselves.

I'm Tobias, 26 and a working professional in the audiovisual sector. I like chill evening hangouts, boardgames and a nice bottle of wine but I'm not against the idea of going out occasionally.
I'm Cat, I'm a 23 year old working as a bar manager in hospitality. I love board games and music and collect vinyl. I'm also a musician.
We would love to live with someone who is up for the occasional meal together but also leave a bit of personal space.
