Well Furnished, Lovely 4-Bed Flat In Kidbrooke/Lee

This is an unusual arrangement. We are currently living abroad and would like to rent out a lovely, bright ensuite room in our 4-bed flat to one working professional. It is equipped with fitted wardrobes and a large desk. The other rooms would be for our occasional use when we return to London. This is not very often and it is usually just one of us so you would actually have the whole place to yourself most of the time.
Our 21 year old son is away at uni but he may also use a room now and again.
The flat is well decorated, well equipped and modern. There's a lovely garden for your sole use.
Fuel bills are not included but you will get a detailed breakdown at the end of each month so that you know how much gas/electricity has been used.
Council tax and broadband are included in the price.
It is not available until around 1st January 2025 but could possibly be sooner by arrangement. I'll be around to facilitate viewings until around the 20th November.
