The rent includes all utility bills & Council tax Band C, but not broadband. Virgin broadband and Community Fibre cables are already installed, so if you require internet a personal account could easily be set up for broadband Wi-Fi access at home with either of these companies.
Non smoker, no drugs, no pets please.
Would welcome applicant who is interested in gardening as there is a large rear garden to be enjoyed.
Landlord has reserved spare smaller second bedroom for occasional use/staying at, but mostly lives at another property in West London, so would only be there infrequently.
This is a lovely 2 bed semi-detached house in a quiet crescent and would really suit a quiet, tidy & clean person, who enjoys privacy, mostly living alone without a flatmate, and who could enjoy the large garden.
