We are seeking a lodger for a 330 sqft loft conversion room in our house. This bright, spacious room is flooded with natural light during the day and fitted with blackout blinds and curtains for a restful night. It includes both overhead lighting and lamps for a cozy ambience. The room features an en suite bathroom with a modern shower, toilet, underfloor heating, and a king-size bed. There’s also a comfortable armchair and an office nook with a built-in desk, plus plenty of space for any additional furniture you'd like to bring.
Please note: The room is available for up to 5 months initially, as we are expecting our first baby in mid-September. Depending on how everyone feels about the house dynamic with a newborn, there is the option to extend. We’ll be considerate around noise and routine—and are always open to honest communication—but we feel it's important to mention for anyone who’s a very light sleeper or prefers a consistently quiet home.

We're an adventurous, dynamic couple in our 30s, currently expecting our first baby (due mid-September). We're enjoying our newly renovated home and both work remotely. We love to cook, travel, and laugh a lot. We also share the space with our three small, very friendly cats who are total cuddle monsters—so if you like cats, that’s a plus! They won’t have access to your room unless you invite them in.

We foster a friendly and welcoming home environment but value our privacy and quiet time, especially in the evenings and on weekends. Our ideal housemate understands and respects this balance—someone who enjoys sharing a home but also appreciates personal space.
