£750 (double room upstairs) per calendar month - all bills included (heating, council tax, water, wi-fi broadband, gardening) in a beautiful house with secluded manicured garden. We'd prefer to rent to women - a professional woman seeking a nice home in a safe area. The accommodation is of a very high standard.

About the rooms:

Each of the 3 rented bedrooms are nicely decorated, clean and bright pretty double bedrooms. Approximately 14’x 12' furnished (double bed, side tables, wardrobes or chests of drawers).

Use of: fully fitted bright clean kitchen with usual facilities - oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, crockery/glassware/ cutlery/pots and pans. Next to the kitchen is a large and comfortably furnished dining room, with tv and view to large manicured garden. Access to beautifully manicured garden.

About the house:
The room is a spacious 4 bedroom house to share with live-in landlady. It's a friendly, clean and happy place to live, a place you can call home straight away.

About the location:
Good transport links, close to London (ZONE 4). Really nice street which backs onto allotments, easy walk from shops, stations (Grove Park or Lee), or a bus to Bromley town centre. Lewisham then London is in the other direction. London is an easy commute either by direct train from London Bridge or by DLR to Lewisham then a bus which stops almost outside. There is ample parking, here.

Bromley and Lewisham offer many restaurants, bars, a good theatre, cinemas, and designer shops all a short bus ride away. There are 2 gyms within walking distance of the house. Blackheath and Greenwich are also nearby.
