Fully furnished with plenty of storage and a desk. There are pictures but there will also be a blackout blind put in and a shelf.
About the flat: 2 bedroom, 1st floor flat with a balcony. Large bright open plan living room/kitchen. All the usual bits and pieces (broadband, washing machine etc). I like to keep the place clean and definitely not a party flat, but do occasionally have a friend over for a glass of wine or dinner
About me: currently working from home full time, but expect that to change to hybrid working in the next few months. I like being outdoors, camping, gigs and just started doing aerial silks which is my current obsession.
About the dog: his name is Rodney. He’s very friendly and cuddly. Obviously any new flatmate is more than welcome to steal him to take for a walk, but otherwise absolutely no expectation for you to look after him! If I’m out then he’ll have dog walkers coming to get him.
About you: willing to consider any length of stay, happy with people that want to be more social, or people that are mainly just after a place to crash at night.
