Chic double room in spacious home

There’s a fully furnished double room overlooking the garden, with lots of natural light, and your name on it☺️!

Things to know:
- You’ll be sharing with me (female, 36, Management Consultant) and very occasionally, a young adult (male, 18, very polite and respectful; mostly upstairs on the second floor in his own space).
- The bathroom on the first floor will be shared by you and I only, so always clean with ample storage space.
- There’s a kitchen/diner (with a workspace set up for my wfh days), a separate living room and a conservatory.
- There is also an ample sized garden; green fingered peeps greatly welcomed😄
- I have a 9 old house cat called Lola. She will sneak into rooms if doors are left open…
- I work hybrid, and wfh 2-3 days p/w. I’m quite social, and tend to be out and about most weekends. Weekdays vary but include the gym and/or sofa downtime; this invariably involves a true life documentary on Netflix.

- It’s a 10 min walk to Grove Park Station, and 15 mins to Lee Station. You can get to London Bridge in c.15 mins max from both stations. Both stations also serve Cannon St and Charing Cross multiple times an hour.
- There’s free street parking and you can drive to Blackheath, Bromley or Lewisham in 10-15 mins.
- Local amenities include a health club; gastropubs; restaurants (Persian, Italian); takeaways (Caribbean, fish and chips, Chinese); pharmacy; several supermarkets; petrol station; and much more, all within a 10 min circumference.
