URGENT Small double room available in a flat share

Hi ! I’m a 22 year old professional looking for a flatmate to share a 2 bed flat in Lee, Lewisham.
I moved to London from Ireland in July last year. My current flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a chill, tidy person to flat share with.
I work in hospitality so I’m not around during the day most of the week, and I am quite the night owl (current flatmate is a morning person so don’t let that put you off haha).

Unfortunately no pets are allowed :(
The room available is a small double bedroom, my current flatmate will be leaving the bed frame and mattress but I can remove it if you would like the room to come unfurnished.
The flat is on the second floor in a 3 units block.

The flat is located right near Lee station and is about 15 minutes from London Bridge by train, with great connections to Hither Green, Blackheath, Lewisham, and New Cross.

Band B council tax, Wi-Fi, utility bills approx. 150-250 PCM, depending on usage.
12 month contract only. Deposit is 5 weeks of rent.
