A Single Bedroom in Shared 2-Bed Flat

My partner and I have decided to move in together, so we're looking for someone to take over the rent of a single bedroom in a two-bedroom flat near Lee station. The location is very convenient, with just a 15-20 minute commute to the city center.

The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe, and we're happy to leave a double bed frame with a mattress and a chest of drawers if you'd like. The flat also features a cozy living room with a sofa, tea table, and space for your desk if needed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom is separate from the toilet, and there are a couple of storage areas in the corridor.
