Room currently unfurnished but landlord willing to provide bed with mattress and some drawers etc.

Lovely flat near Lee Station which has great links into the city centre. Sainsbury's supermarket down the road, regular buses nearby to Bromley, Locksbottom, Sidcup, Catford... Very close to Lewisham and Blackheath.

The living room is part furnished by myself - I currently have a sofa, a poang chair and a TV. Will be looking to get more furniture as soon as I know I have a flatmate.

Bedroom is a double, fresh white walls and currently completely unfurnished. There's space for a double bed and storage.

Huge garden to the back of the flat only accessible to the people in this block as it is locked with a coded padlock.

Gas central heating, gas hob also in kitchen which also has a dishwasher as well as washer/dryer for clothes!

Shared bathroom suite with bath and shower. Also has shelves for storage.

Speaking of storage, we have access to the shared attic! Yay!

I have been here for almost a year now and can't wait to find someone to move in - hopefully someone who likes a bit of a chat and maybe a movie/meal once in a while. I do work full time and I am often out. I get cabin fever easily!

I am a Christian... so I go to church on Sundays. Hoping to live with someone who has mutual respect for me and our home. I am an extrovert - I like playing games (both board and video), I have a boyfriend (he has his own place so doesn't really stay/come here). I do play a bit of guitar, craft somewhat, but who has time whilst working? I recently went indoor skydiving though... That was great fun! I welcome new experiences like that!
