15 mins to London Bridge

Lovely little flat near Lee Station which has great links into the city centre. Sainsbury's supermarket down the road, regular buses nearby to Bromley, Locksbottom, Sidcup, Catford... Very close to Lewisham and Blackheath.

Current flatmate is moving out at the end of this month - I need someone to take her place as early in November as possible.

The living room is part furnished by myself - I only have a TV, a sofa and an IKEA chair myself.

Bedroom is a small double and completely unfurnished. Current flatmate has a single bed in there currently but because she also wanted to fit in a huge wardrobe, desk and armchair which fits comfortably.

Huge garden to the back of the flat only accessible to the people in this block as it is locked with a coded padlock.

Gas central heating, gas hob also in kitchen which also has a dishwasher as well as washer/dryer for clothes!

Shared bathroom suite with bath and shower. Also has shelves for storage.

Speaking of storage, we have access to the shared attic! Yay!

I have been here for almost a year now and can't wait to find someone to move in - hopefully someone who likes a bit of a chat and maybe a movie/meal once in a while. I do work full time and I am often out. I get cabin fever easily!

I am a Christian... so I go to church on Sundays and hold some values that are more "traditional" than others, but I don't rub it in people's face. I am an extrovert - I like playing games (both board and video), I have a boyfriend (he has his own place so doesn't really stay/come here). I do play a bit of guitar, craft somewhat, but who has time? I recently went indoor skydiving though... That was great fun! I welcome new experiences like that!
