Double Room - with private lounge/living space

The room is in large 6 bedroom home between Lee & Grove Park train stations (both less than 20mins from London Bridge) and a short bus to Lewisham and the beautiful Blackheath and Greenwich.

There are 3 large living areas/lounges so there is the option to add a private living space/lounge to your rent/agreement if you want to extend your personal space (+£200 a month). Great if you need work from home space that’s outside of your bedroom.

We love cooking, eating and a good summer party. We’re extremely easy going so would be looking for like minded people. Saturday nights can sometimes be social but they’re equally as chilled and the house is big enough that it can facilitate both on the same night.

We have a home office here but usually only until 15:00 during the week.

There’s a cleaner for the communal areas but I’m sure she will extend to your space if you need her too.

I would describe the house as having mixed professions and work schedules so we don’t have a preference with regards to occupation.

There is no ensuite for the bedroom, however, you would have exclusive use of the shower room. It’s a 4 bathroom house so we don’t struggle for bathroom times and everyone else in the house is allocated to one of the other 3.

There’s a large garden, which we love to open up through the summer for BBQ’s or just food in general.

Have put the rooms as unfurnished but we can furnish them if needed.
