Hi I’m Elias, a 33-year-old professional from South America, looking for a kind and reliable flatmate to share my cozy duplex in Lee. It’s a great spot for someone who enjoys a comfortable, tidy home and easy-going atmosphere.

The room is a spacious double, full of natural light, with a double bed, large wardrobe, desk, shelves, and a TV. Fast Wi-Fi (500Mb download, 70Mb upload), All bills are included in the rent. Plus, you’ll have your own private toilet, which is a nice bonus.

We’ll share a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. There’s also Kizzie, our friendly house cat who’s always up for a bit of attention.

The duplex is close to local shops, cafes, and parks for a stroll. It’s well-connected with Lee Train Station, Superloop 4 bus, and other routes nearby, plus easy access to the A205 South Circular if you drive. There’s no dedicated parking, but you’ll find plenty of spots on the street.

I’m a relaxed, respectful person who enjoys a chat and creating a friendly environment but also values some quiet time. I’d love to find someone similar—ideally in their 20s or 30s, tidy, considerate, LGBT-friendly, and happy to live with a cat.
