I am looking for a quiet, pretty relaxed, respectful, mature, clean and tidy person, ideally a student, a young professional or someone who commutes to London and would like to live in London during working days.
A bit about me: I'm Polish, a university lecturer and I have an 8 years old small Jack Russell.
Bills included: council tax, wifi, water, gas and electricity bills where gas and energy bills are capped at £77 per month, this is the usage of gas and electricity for one person. Any amount above £77 will be divided equally amongst the Licensee and Owner.

✔ All shops and supermarkets like Sainsburys closeby including restaurants and cafes
