A bright, good-sized room is available in my home. It comes fully furnished with a comfortable bed, built-in triple wardrobe, built-in desk, chest of drawers, handmade picture shelves, full length mirror and a cozy reading chair, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. It’s clean, stylish, and well-presented, offering a calm, comfortable space to make your own.

The living area is spacious and welcoming, and the kitchen is well-equipped, modern, and kept in great condition.

I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and considerate, someone who doesn’t work from home full-time and has a busy, independent lifestyle.

A bit about me: I’m a Cultural Engagement Manager at an artist studio. I’m creative, sociable, and like to keep busy with creative projects, live comedy, gigs, music festivals, getting out-and-about, and cooking; all the usual good things.

The home is located in Lee / Lewisham, a lovely, leafy area with a relaxed community feel. There are plenty of parks, cafés, and local shops, and excellent transport links: trains to London Bridge, Waterloo, and Charing Cross in around 15–20 minutes, plus easy bus routes to Greenwich, Blackheath, Catford & Lewisham. It’s a great spot if you like having green spaces nearby while still being well connected to the rest of London.
