Is well connected to central London, station is a 5 minute walk away, with trains to Charing Cross journey time within 30 minutes. Rent is £550 excluding bills. Council tax band is C. In a safe quiet area, with lots of families. Pub, chippy, and off license just down the road as well.
Required is security deposit of £634.50, and first month’s rent.
Room will come unfurnished, but flatmate might be willing to leave her bed and some shelves/desk for a fee. (We can discuss this in detail more)
Looking for someone who is clean and quiet. I’m 28 and love going to cafes, restaurants and is a self proclaimed homebody. I work in hospitality as a restaurant manager.
