Peaceful room in beautiful house with garden

I’m currently living in this lovely house in South London but will be moving out soon as my research stay here is coming to an end.

I’ve honestly had such a great time living here. It really feels like a hidden gem in London. The house is beautiful, very peaceful, and has a gorgeous garden, which makes it a really special place, especially for the price.

You’d be living with the owner, who works as an designer and she is incredibly kind and easy to live with. We’ve had a really warm and friendly atmosphere in the house and spent some evenings together doing things like movie nights, while also having plenty of space and privacy. It’s a really nice balance between feeling at home and still having your own quiet time.

That’s also why it’s important to find someone who appreciates this kind of respectful and easy-going living environment 😊

If you’re looking for a calm, cozy place with a genuinely lovely vibe, this could be a perfect fit!

Some quick facts:

• Super well connected, with several stations nearby. The closest one (Lee) is about a 7-minute walk, and from there you can get to London Bridge in around 10 minutes

• The room is furnished (high-quality furniture, new bed, etc.)

• The vibe is very much a house share

• Two bathrooms

• Close to lots of parks, supermarket, nice restaurants/pop ups, pubs/wine bars

• Beautiful, quiet house with a garden

• You’d be sharing the house with the live-in owner
