Gorgeous large bedsit with roof garden

South facing with its own private roof garden. The roof garden is 5 by 3. 5 metres so it is almost the same size as the room. None of the other members of the household have access to this garden. Although the room is large, I am looking for a single female to occupy it. The kitchenette in the bedsit is fully equipped with it's own fridge/freezer, microwave, double electric hob, steamer, toaster and kettle.

The modern bathroom is shared by the three other female lodgers in the house. It is kept clean and clutter free and is on the same floor as the Roof Garden bedsit and just a few metres along a short landing. There is constant hot water for showers.

The landlady is a professional sculptress.

The house is a meditative creative space, suited to serious students or people who want a friendly environment, but where they can also have privacy and peace. It is a short bus ride or 30 minute walk to popular Blackheath Village.

There is free parking.
