Double room in 2 floor maisonette, SE London

Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate at the beautifully bright and spacious two floor maisonette where I live in Lee. This quiet, green area is close to Blackheath where there are lots of bars and restaurants. There are a number of beautiful parks, shops and a sports centre all in walking distance. Closest train stations are Lee, Kidbrooke and Blackheath, with buses to Lewisham and New Cross very close by.
The room is a decent sized, bright room with a double bed a large built-in wardrobe, with plenty of room for additional furniture. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and homely, the large lounge area has a television, two sofas and a lovely window seat. The clean and bright kitchen leads through to the dining room which has a large table and chairs with plenty of room for enjoying dinner and drinks with friends. There is plenty of space and storage in the flat including a large loft.
I am a 33 year old designer, I usually work in central London, but occasionally I work from home. I am a friendly, relaxed and considerate person to live with, and although I am not a clean freak, I like to keep the place clean and tidy and am looking for someone who will do the same. I have a very lovely cat who lives here too, so bare that in mind if you're allergic (or hate cats)!
The landlords are fantastic. The rent is £550 a month, council tax and bills are around £80, depending on season. A deposit of one month's rent is required. The room will be available from Monday 5th May.
