Beautiful Double room in lee

Double room in lee available with bed and wardrobe. Sharing a flat with 2 girls and a cat. Hoping to find a calm, clean and reliable flatmate. We have a large kitchen and bathroom and small snug living room with virgin tv. We are friendly and chilled out girls who love a nice cup of tea.
The room is small double but there is room to spare and would suit a working professional. The landlords will wish to reference check etc at a cost of £50 and will require employment confirmation and bank statements.
