I currently have 3 rooms available. one of them is single and one is double.
The rooms are cosy and clean but not the biggest. space available in loft and shed for storage.

The single bedroom is as follows:
This room has a cosy bed, a desk ( wall mounted and foldable to create more space), a chest of drawers, small mirrors and door hangers.

The double bedroom has a king size bed, a desk and a bedside table. inbuilt wardrobe with a lot of space for clothing/ storage. tall bookshelf for extra storage inside the bedroom.
The third room has a slanted roof. Very cosy and more independent, right near the bathroom.

The rooms are set in a spacious house with character. Situated in the heart of leafy Lee, the house is just a stone’s throw from Lee station. It’s easy to find - and the warm, relaxed atmosphere makes it difficult to leave!

1 bathroom, 2 toilets, shared kitchen and lounge shared, with some gym equipment you can use ( weights, bands, gloves, pads)

Also, there is a gym with a pool opposite the house: 500 metres door to door.
Lots of lovely little shops around, Village feel.
Bus stops are within a 5 minute walking distance. Night and day buses close by.
