Central double room

Hi,
I'm Alberto, a friendly Italian guy in my mid 20s. I work as an economist in the financial industry and I am looking for a friendly atmosphere at home. The only preference I have is a nonsmoker (or a smoker-outsider). After my days at work I enjoy relaxing in the living room, watching a movie or having a chat with my flatmate if he/she is in.
The double room is located in a lovely Edwardian Townhouse mews, just seconds away from Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, Picadilly Circus, Soho (in a very quiet street). Everything is literally at your doorstep! The landlord Oliver is very good and friendly and lives nearby, so any problems get swiftly sorted. Bills are extra and include: council tax, internet, phone, gas, electricity, water, cleaner (estimated price is 300£ a month, to split). There is an early/late shop literally on the doorstep, a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk, and as you can imagine - loads of tube stops, buses and even boat stops nearby. Apliances include: dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
