No offence, the room will not be available then because it’s a 6 month minimum stay and most people stay longer!! 😊 so it won’t be available then but please keep an eye on my profile here for future rooms.

The price of this furnished modern room is £1300 per month inclusive of all bills, including television and very fast fibre wifi internet. Available to move in asap.

Double room in a three roomed fully equipped flat sharing with two others, The room is on the pedestrian walkway Newport Court, near Charing Cross road and 30 seconds walk to Leicester Square station. With shared kitchen and bathroom with toilet shower. There is no communal lounge area.
NO en suite available.

The walls are painted white with black out and privacy double blinds on the windows, hardwearing floors with heating and secondary glazing.

Furnished with chest of drawers and 2 door wardrobe, table and chairs, gas lift double bed with storage underneath and a black leather headboard.

Kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and heat pump tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board.

To secure the room you will need to pay £200 holing deposit which is part of the full Deposit of £1000. The rent is payable in advance. First month rent is pro rata if you move in after 1 August. Thereafter the rent is encouraged to be paid early and is due by the latest the 1st of each month.
