The room has a view onto the pedestrian walkway Newport Court, near Charing Cross road and one minute walk to Leicester Square station. With shared kitchen and bathroom with toilet shower.

There is no communal lounge area.

The walls are painted white with blinds on the windows, hardwearing floors with heating and secondary glazing.

Furnished with built in wardrobe and chest of drawers and also a built in wardrobe, storage double bed with a black leather headboard.

Kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board. In the pictures it shows a leather recliner and stool, this is no longer in the room.

To secure this room you will need to pay a holding deposit of £200. Total deposit is £1000. The balance of the deposit £800 is payable on the day you move in before you move in. Rent is payable before you move in.

Viewings available most days between 5pm and 6.30pm daily or by arrangement.
