Single Room In Leicester Square

This is a simple single room in a three bed flat. The flat has a family of 4 ( two adults and their young daughters) living in two of the bedrooms. There is a electric shower toilet and kitchen. The flat is above a pub and backing on to restaurants, so can be quite noisy. Wifi is included. Location is very convenient as it's in the centre of China town. Bills are included. I am looking for a clean tidy female, if you are willing to take on some of the cleaning duties, I will consider reduction in rent in exchange.

The room is roughly 11 square meters.
