This house has two full bathroom areas including two shower areas and two toilets. This room is quiet, facing onto the inner service area. Situated near Exit 3 of the Leicester Square underground station. Right in the middle of all the action, opposite the side of the Hippodrome Casino.

The walls are all white with a durable modern hardwearing floor, there are venetian blinds on the windows.
Heating and double glazing. Furnished with modern white furniture, double bed with wardrobe space. Freesat tv has been installed to view on a 32 inch screen which is wall mounted.

Kitchen is fully equipped including, toaster, kettle, oven, cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, iron and ironing board. Table to eat at.

There is no communal lounge area. Shared kitchen and bathroom. NO en suite available.

£200 is the holding deposit which secures the room and £800 is the full deposit. The balance of the deposit £600 and the rent is payable in advance on the day before you move in before you move in.
