Welcome Home (Lgbtq+ Friendly)

Thanks for reading our ad. We are two women looking for a 3rd flatmate who wants to make our flat their home. We are lucky enough to feel like home although we rent. We changed the decoration of the flat ourselves and are still working on it, so your input will be valuable. There is no living room but we arranged our rooms as one so this is where we can watch movies together or chill. The house is on two different levels and your room will be at the top. We also have a rooftop that will be also refurbished in summer to get more privacy, when we party in summer ( lockdown was fun for us). We will love for you to give us some ideas on how you would like it to look like. We get access to the rooftop from one of our rooms but you can get to it whenever you want.
Our home is located just 4 minutes to Ladywell station ( direct train to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Waterloo, Charing cross all under 20 minutes) and 15 walk or 5min bus journey to Lewisham station (same trains + DLR services to Bank, Canary Wharf, Stratford).
We are also 10 minutes walk from Catford with Aldi and Tesco on the way and 13 minutes away on a bus to Brockley marker
Opposite to our house you have: a trendy pub Ox and firkin with the best backyard and the best pizza (only pizza Clarisse can enjoy), hairdresser, nail salon, chinese takeway…
Lewisham shopping centre has a weekly market with fresh fruit, veg and fish on top of usual shops such as Iceland, Sainburys, Wilko, Mark & Spencers, H&M ... One of our favourite restaurants is le delice check it out

In other words, we live in the perfect location and can’t shut up about it but see from yourself what the time out says about it. ( type time out Lewisham)
