Lewisham green big double bedroom In 2 bed flat

Extraordinary room to rent for a student or professional girl in quiet flat sharing with 1 Italian girl only. I’ve loved this flat but moving due to long commute to my new job . Lewisham, Blackheath or Hither green stations are all 12 min walk away and there are lots of buses just outside the house. We would like the person who will replace me to be clean and social (but not a party animal). There’s a living room and free parking space in the complex if needed. Bill are not included but will be roughly 50 - 70£ per person per month. Desk and chair belong to me but rest of the furnishing will stay . Keen to organise viewings ASAP as my contract runs until end of July so will have to discuss leaving terms with the agency .
