Double room available in a 6 bed Victoria house

Hi !!
Looking for someone to join our lovely six bed Victorian house!!
You would be living with me and my 4 other lovely friends. We are young professionals and a student but have an age range from 21-24. The house is located in south east London in the area of Lewisham and New Cross. Nearest tube station is Lewisham DLR which is a 5 minute walk away or there is St John’s rail station 5 minutes away as well.
It is a very spacious house and the room we are looking to fill is an upstairs bedroom.
About us:
We are all friends who met at university , doing a variation of different jobs and love a good night out but also really appreciate family nights in whilst watching a film or series or sitting down in the lounge playing cards, with glasses of wine.
We would like an individual who appreciates a clean space and someone who is comfortable coming into our lil family.
We are looking for someone who will get on with us but we also appreciate if you would like to do your own thing.

The rent is £825 pcm
Bills are between £80-100 pm
Council tax will be split by 3 people aswell with a student discount on top

The bedrooms comes fully furnished( bed, wardrobe, draws) and the house has a kitchen , living room , garden and 2 bathrooms(one downstairs and one upstairs)
Available date to move it is September the first but could be changed to sometime in August if you need.

Deposit will need to be paid which is a £100 reservation fee and £825
