Looking for a new flatmate for a lovey 2 bedroom flat located 5 minutes from Lewisham Rail and DLR station.
When: most likely from 15th September, but possible earlier move in date
Room comes unfurnished.
Rent: £825 per month + bills (around £160/170 a month)
Current contract is till 10 December, option for extension for next year.
I’ll be most likely moving out around February/March, so will have to look for a new flatmate then.
References check will be need to be provided to the agency to change a name on the contract. Some bills to be changed on your name as well.
Professionals preferred, someone who’s calm and likes to keep the flat cozy and clean.
