Spacious double room with ensuite available in Lewisham from mid-May.

The flat has a big living room and a kitchen with everything you need, and you’ll be living with one other person (me!) .

Very close to Lewisham station (~8 min walk) and Lewisham shopping centre is just down the road. There’s a big Tesco and Sainsbury’s close by too.

About me
In my early 30s. I work for a museum, and enjoy writing, walking, and a bit of comedy here and there.

My current flatmate and I are mates, and we moved into the place three years ago. He’s bought a place (fair enough), so I’m now looking for another person to take his room.

It goes without saying, but the room, and flat in general, will get a big clean before you arrive.

Bills are roughly £130 each a month currently. This, of course, is subject to change. It covers: Electricity, Gas, Water, Council Tax and Wifi.

You may be able to purchase furniture that’s already in the room from my current flatmate.

The landlord will require a reference and income check.

Open to a couple, but the rate will change - we can discuss this.

The flat falls under Lewisham council, and is council tax band D.
