2 bedroom flat to yourself whilst I am travelling

USE OF THE FULL FLAT TO YOURSELF
(Some flexibility with dates).

I have a double bedroom to rent in my 2 bedroom flat. This is my home but I will be travelling so you will have the whole flat to yourself over this period. Happy to be flexible with dates though and it will just mean I am around outside the dates I am travelling (21 Oct - 13 Jan). You can have your choice of room. The flat is furnished (including both bedrooms) and decorated to a good standard. There is also a good sized living room, kitchen and good sized bathroom (with shower and bath).
The rent cost includes council tax and internet but other bills (energy and water) will need to be covered on top of the rent.

Lewisham centre is handy for shops and is just a short walk away. There are also shops, cafes, good restaurants and bars in St John’s, New Cross, Brockley, Greenwich and Blackheath which are all within walking distance of the flat.

The flat is zone 2 and has the following transport links:
5 minutes walk from St John’s national rail Station with regular trains to London Bridge (7mins), London Cannon St (12mins)
9 minutes walk from Lewisham DLR station (DLR services to Canary Wharf, Bank, Stratford, Tower Hill).
10 minutes walk from Lewisham national rail station with regular trains to London Bridge (9mins), Waterloo (12mins), Cannon St (12mins), Charing Cross (15mins)
The bus stop outside the flat has the following buses:
o Bus 21 - Newington Green via London Bridge, Moorgate/Liverpool St.
o Bus N21 - Night bus (route 21).
o Bus 436 - Battersea via New Cross, Peckham, Camberwell Green, Pimlico.
o Bus 321 - New Cross
o Bus 136 - Peckham, Elephant & Castle
o Bus N136 - Night bus (route 136), including Oxford Street, Piccadilly.
There are also other buses within walking distance with buses going to locations such as Waterloo, Dulwich, Croydon, Shoreditch.
The flat is on a side road, just off the main road. Parking on the road is restricted 10am-12pm on weekdays (excluding bank holidays) but you can get a parking permit. There are always spaces available close to the house. Therefore really good if you have a car.
