Large Room In Victorian House W Garden

Hello! We are three friendly housemates looking for one more to join us in our lovely four bed Victorian house share with garden in Leyton.

We are: Inês, Jess and Veronika.

We are looking for another professional housemate (preferably late 20s and older) to join us.

We work in art curation, research, and picture framing.

This is a home, not just a roof. The place has warm atmosphere, we are happy to share a pint and dinner and muck in our fair share. It's a peaceful home.

Our combined interests include cooking, being outdoors, cycling, weekend gallery visits, and, of course, going to the pub.

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet and a lush garden that is so lovely for hanging out in during the summer. The kitchen and all the white goods are well maintained - we have a dishwasher (!) and washer/dryer.

The room is a large double bedroom, upstairs 860 PCM (incl. bills). It airy, spacious, and gets lots of natural light. It's partially furnished with a double bed and mattress. Option to purchase large Ikea Pax wardrobe if interested.

We’re looking to fill in the room by 30 November.
