Room In Victorian House W Garden

Hello! We are three friendly housemates looking for one more to join us in our lovely four bed Victorian house share with garden in Leyton.

We are: Inês, Katie and Veronika.

We are looking for another professional housemate (preferably late 20s and older) to join us.

We work in art curation, artist representation and picture framing.

This is a home, not just a roof. The place has warm atmosphere, we are happy to share a pint and dinner and muck in our fair share. It's a peaceful home.

Our combined interests include cooking, being outdoors, cycling, weekend gallery visits, and, of course, going to the pub.

The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet and a garden. Think white painted Scandi floors, white walls, modernist furniture and plants. The kitchen and all the white goods are well maintained - inc dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The room is a double bedroom, upstairs 695 PCM (incl. bills), available immediately. Partially furnished with a small double bed and mattress, a small wall shelf and a wardrobe.
