Lovely double, bills incl. Move in date flexi

Hello! We are three friendly housemates looking for one more to join us in our lovely four bed Victorian house share with garden in Leyton. 



We are: Alex, Georgina, and Veronika. Also living in the house are Alex’s adorable pets - Reggie (dog) and Smudge (cat).

 Alex is an OT, Georgina is a graphic designer, and Veronika works at a university.



We are looking for another professional housemate (preferably late 20s and older) to join us who enjoys having pets in the house.

The flat is definitely a home more than a place to crash. It’s a place for us to relax and recharge. We hang out sometimes - watching tv together, chatting about our day, but at the same time, we all have our own thing going on. We’re also looking for someone who will be a friend addition to the household who will help keep the place clean and tidy, though we have a cleaner once a week too (incl. in bills)!


Our combined interests include cooking, diy, being outdoors, cycling, arts and crafts, and hanging out with the pets.



The house consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, downstairs toilet (super handy) and a lush garden that is so lovely for hanging out in during the summer. The kitchen and all the white goods are well maintained - we have a dishwasher (!) and pretty new washer/dryer. 



The room is a double bedroom, upstairs 810PCM (incl. bills). It’s a lovely and airy room, and gets lots of natural light. It's partially furnished with a double bed and wardrobe. No agents and a very responsive landlady who cares about the flat and tenants is another plus.

In terms of transport links, you're ten mins walk from Leyton station which is one stop away from exremely well connected Stratford. The Viccy line is also a 15 min bus away. You can also walk to Leyton midlands overground station on the Suffragette line in 15mins.

Leyton is also a great area. You have the hustle and bustle of the high street (asda, sainsbury, tk Maxx) and then cute cafes, wine shop, book shops etc on Francis road. There's also a Saturday market now with a bunch of great food stalls.

We’re looking for someone who can move in on the 6th of March at the latest. Happy to negotiate dates if an earlier move in date works for you.
